I was very pleased with my visit today. I showed up, unannounced, at 930am as my front driver side tire was leaking due to a puncture around the air valve. The gentleman that greeted and assisted me was a real pleasure. He manage to get my vehicle in for service right away, which included addressing 2 recalls I was unaware - and also provide me with 2 quotes I had asked for in relation to additional service. When I returned to my vehicle when it was done, I was impressed to see approximately $10 worth of change sitting in the console. This change was found by the service tech I presume when they removed, or adjusted, the driver’s seat to tend to one of the recalls. Integrity and honesty is always great to see. Please pull up my service invoice for the purpose of recognizing not only the Gentleman that managed my visit, but also to recognize the techs. for their integrity. Thank you

Great experience from a client point of view … my car was serviced properly, on time and my wait in reception was not so bad because of all the goodies ( tea, coffee, cookies ) at my disposal as well as TV to watch or newspapers to read .ALL the people who work there were friendly and were glad to help me out with any questions I may have had for them .Thanks again … you guys should be proud of how you take care of people and their cars.

I had a tremendous experience purchasing my first car at Northwest Toyota. Mr. Gill was very helpful and answered all of my questions clearly. Both the vehicle and the service I received at the dealership went above and beyond my expectations of Toyota. I knew very little about the way car purchases and leases worked and also had limited knowledge about what features I was looking for in a car. However, with the care and attention I received from Mr. Gill and his manager, Tak, I was completely satisfied and comfortable with my decision to purchase a Corolla. Although I had come to the dealership looking for a basic car that I could afford to drive as a student, Mr. Gill explained how I would still be able to afford a model that came with the latest technological features and upgraded cosmetic features in the ‘s’ type. I have been having my Pontiac Vibe serviced at your facility rather than at General Motors because of you superior customer service. Your service personnel have been responsible for my decision to replace the Vibe with my new Matrix. Thought you might like to recognize their importance. Your waiting facility is number one.
