I would like to say that I am very happy with the service that I received yesterday at Northwest Toyota. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The usage of technology (text message and email), really connects with customers and allows us customers to leave valuable feedback, retain receipt records and be alerted when our vehicle is ready. My father is a dealership faithful and so am I. Thanks again Team Northwest!
